What is your return policy?

If you wish to return an item to us please drop us an email to sparkleandflame@hotmail.com with your reason and we aim to respond withing 2 workings days.
Personalised items unless damaged or faulty are non returnable.

Do you sell gift cards?

Our giftcards are coming in 2022, in the meantime if you wish to purchase an electronic certificate these can be found in the Christmas section.

What are the payment options?

We offer several different payment options - paypal, credit/debit card payments, instalment options are also available - please message to set up.
