To fully support our customers, we’ve compiled a comprehensive collection of the most frequently answered questions. Take a look below, and if your question isn’t covered, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Can I have different colours or something personalised?

At Sparkle and Flame we are always happy to help make your designs that bit more special and if you have a design in mind but don't like the colours we offer please drop us a message and we can work with you to create the perfect design for you.

Or if you want something a little more unique to you drop us a message with your design and we will work with you to bring your design to life whether that is a one off or branded clothing.

When will my order arrive?

Please allow between 10-14 days for your item to be dispatched.

All our items are sent second class signed for delivery with Royal Mail, unless other requested and paid for.

​

Second class signed for can take anything between 2-5 days delivery, a little longer around the busier times of year.

What if my item is damaged?

Should your item arrive damaged or faulty please get in touch and we can arrange a replacement.  Faulty/damaged items are only accepted upto 28 days after delivery date.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns or exchanges up to 10 days after your order has been dispatched.  Store credit is given unless a refund is requested.  The refund amount will be less the cost of the original postage.  Returns must be unworn.  We do not accept worn or washed items as returns.

PERSONALISED ITEMS will only be returned/ exchanged if faulty or damaged.

When returning an item please make sure you include your name order number and reason for return.

​

On return of your item will we credit your account.
